Domestic Shipping

6thblvd will gladly pay for free Standard shipping for every order valued at over £500 via DHL or EMS depending on the order. However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by DHL.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via standard delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.

Returns

Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given.

Insurance

6thblvd provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

Transit

Delivery time via Standard Shipping can range from 5 to 10 business days. Express Shipping transit time from 3 – 7 business days. Allow us to process orders in 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

Online Payment

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Verification

All online international orders are verified through the 6thblvd.com payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved, you will be notified of your canceled order status via email.

Wire Transfer Payment

In addition to credit card payments, 6thblvd.com also accepts international orders via wire transfer. Wire transfer orders must be submitted via email and processed manually. When sending 6thblvd.com an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). 6thblvd.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions after an invoice is generated in our system and an order total is confirmed.

Duty and Shipping

Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All packages will ship via DHL or EMS. 6thblvd does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (name of eTailer/supplier) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (name of the eTailer/supplier) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Shipping Problems

If an international order is damaged or not received, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by 6thblvd. If the item is received damaged, please contact 6thblvd within three business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box because our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all, we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

Packaging

In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. 6thblvd reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. 6thblvd cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
